After failing to get into the police academy, Chris Potamitis (Liam Hemsworth), settles for a security guard job with the EMPIRE STATE Armored Truck Company. Chris makes the mistake of mentioning the company's lax security to his best friend, Eddie (Michael Angarano), and is soon unwittingly drawn into an elaborate scheme to rob the abundant amounts of cash being stored there - resulting in the largest cash heist in U.S. History. This film also offers a Ryan Gosling like you\'ve never seen him, speaking only when necessary, with tension and fury in his eyes. He\'s silent, caring, and ridiculously tough. Every line is delivered perfectly and every gesture is natural. I saw this at the LA Film Festival on a mammoth screen with booming speakers. The music only makes this film more unique. It is catchy and synchronized perfectly with the TRULY beautiful cinematography. This film is the BEST of its genre. I honestly cannot compare it to any other film, for it is truly that different. \$

Now I was entertained by the first two Spy Kids movies, but the third one was rip off of Tron(1982). Jessica Alba is amusing in her role, as a retired spy, wanting to become stepmother to her husbands(Joel McHale The Soup)kids, and having one of her own. But then an old enemy comes back in the picture, and she is called back into action. But will her husbands kids become the new spy kids? The two original spy kids make an appearance, they are Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara, and you know they are not kids anymore. But that was a big problem for me, cause I feel the films focus went more on them, and less on the new spy kids, it was like the new generation was making an appearance in there own movie. Jessica Alba was good, so was Joel Mchale. But they where convincing as a couple, now Antonio Banderas and Carla Gugino was more convincing. But all in all an amusing film, had interesting effects. But go in this movie knowing, what too expect.$

This film was brilliant, the storyline didn\'t seem to have any plot holes in it and the deaths were more gruesome than ever! Certainly A Lot darker and serious than some of the previous ones! And the Special and visual effects were brilliant, I wasn\'t expecting much considering the last film had rather cartoon like effects and a terrible storyline but I was very pleasantly surprised the acting was considerably better as well, and The ending, well it was brilliant I mean everyone\'s been saying how good it was and how they didn\'t see it coming, well it really was but also when you hear about it all over the internet you kinda work it out :L But still! It\'s the best of them all! if there is to be another one then Steven Quale must direct!? I mean finally a change of director and someone with fresh ideas!!! the endings have all been the same for all the other films! It gets boring, but this certainly gives the final destination franchise a better name! this films had me on the literal edge of my seat, Where you think something\'s going to happen... then...... no..... wait...... Yes! it\'s so intensely gripping and a cool must see film!$
