*Shaquille O'Neal and Codeblack Entertainment chief Jeff Clanagan team to present the "All-Star Comedy Jam," a Showtime series of specials that features some of todayï¿½s hottest urban comics. Directed by Leslie Smalls, the June 17 premiere was shot in Phoenix, AZ ï¿½ where Shaq plays for the Suns ï¿½ the night before the 2009 NBA All-Star Game. Cedric ï¿½The Entertainerï¿½ performs 30 minutes of his latest material in between comedy sets by fellow comedians such as Tommy Davidson, Kevin Hart, Aries Spears and DeRay Davis. The second installment will be filmed live at the 13th annual American Black Film Festival on June 26 in Miami and premiere on Showtime in January 2010. DL Hughley will host and featured comics will include Earthquake, Arnez J, Lavell Crawford and Mealaine Comarcho.
