The story is about the real estate business happening in Kerala focusing on the city of Calicut. Surendran (Prithviraj) is the central character of the movie, who happens to be a jobless young guy, who try to make fortunes by real estate market. CH (Tini Tom) act as a partner for his business. Beena (Rima Kallingal) plays as the lady love of Surnedran in the movie. The movie is been directed by Renjith. There is good line of famous actors in the movie, like veteran actor, Achuta menon(Thilakan) who plays a key role and Golden Pappan( Jagathi Sreekumar). The story starts to move when Achuta Menon comes to surendrans office for selling a property. Its infact owned by his first wife. The deal goes for a toss as Achuta Menons son interfere.
