Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Mackenzie Hilton, Eric Paraskevas, Siggy Sollitto and Chris Coombs to create a three-course meal by using Asian pears, croissants, haricot verts and rattlesnake meat for the Appetizer round; tapioca pearls, carrots, fruit leather and rabbit for the EntrÃ©e round; and yucca, calimyrna figs, hoisin sauce and red jalapeÃ±os for the Dessert round.
