Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Jose Javier, Ulli Stachl, Steven Brand and Jamie Bissonnette to create a three-course meal by using firm tofu, scotch, dragon fruit and picked herring for the Appetizer round; rump roast, violet mustard, asparagus and sugar-coated fennel seeds for the EntrÃ©e round; and mission figs, robiola cheese, shelled pistachios and taco shells for the Dessert round.
