Medium: Joe makes Allison get an MRI after she slips in the bathroom and suffers a concussion. Allison meets a seemingly kind patient David at the doctor's office, but then has visions of him murdering several women while she watches him get his MRI. Allison is confused by her visions because David seems like such a nice guy, but she's sure that he's the killer she saw in her visions. Meanwhile, the results of Allison's MRI show an abnormality in her brain, one which Joe thinks may be an explanation for her visions. Joe convinces Allison to let him test Ariel and Bridget to see if they have the same abnormality.
