Rockman EXE : Everyone takes a break from the festivities of the tournament, and Higure reveals that he'll be a co-commentator with Kero during the tourney. Yaito decides to invite her friends out to dinner at an expensive restaurant, but their night is ruined when they meet up with the rude Enzan. Netto chases after him on the streets and demands to net battle for how he was acting. Enzan's immensely powerful Net Navi, Blues, easily overcomes Rockman, but neither Netto or Rockman want to give up. Meanwhile, two mysterious World Three navis send viruses after Rockman and Blues to delete them!
