The world's youngest Cheese Master, Afrim Pristine, sets out on an adventure to learn even more about his true love: cheese. His journey starts in Switzerland. Though best known for its rich, tasty chocolates, high-end watches, and infamous banking system, Switzerland is a global capital for cheese. Heading to the Alps is the perfect place to start gaining an understanding of Swiss cuisine and its rich history with cheese. Afrim meets with chefs, cheese makers, vendors and even a legendary affineur (to learn the fine art of aging) and to take in a new wealth of knowledge and experience unlike he's anything he's ever seen. In the motherland of Gruyere, Raclette, Fondue, and of course the famous holey Swiss Emmental, Afrim learns firsthand how these classics stand the test of time and what new and modern takes the Swiss have to share with the world.
